Dave The Diver: Finding The Shining Jellyfish
So, you’re on a mission in Dave The Diver to find the Shining Jellyfish. Why, you ask? Well, it’s because Linchen’s pet squid, Selgio, wandered off after following this slippery little fish. And now, she needs your help to bring Selgio back home. Time to dive in!
Gaining the Trust of the Sea People
Before you can embark on this thrilling quest, you’ll need to gain the trust of the Sea People villagers. And let me tell you, it won’t be a walk in the park. You’ll have to complete a series of challenging quests for them. Most of these quests involve finding specific items, and one of them is locating the Shining Jellyfish. Piece of cake, right?
The Elusive Shining Jellyfish
Linchen will drop a hint that the squid got lost once before by following a Shining Jellyfish out of the village. She believes that finding this fish will lead you straight to Selgio. So, grab your diving gear and make your way back to the Sea People village. Don’t forget to use the mirror on your boat to speed things up!
Once outside the village, keep swimming towards the left until you come across a giant hole above you. Oh, and brace yourself for the camera to focus on the Jellyfish as you approach the hole. It’s showtime, folks!
Let There Be Light!
In your journey to find Selgio, you’ll eventually reach a spot where you can activate your flashlight marker. Use this nifty tool to peer into the depths of the mysterious hole. Now, you’re in control of the light! Move it around to scan the area and look for the elusive squid.

But here’s the catch: Selgio is a bit mischievous and will move around every time you find him. You’ll have to spot him three times in total. To ensure a successful reunion, move your flashlight to the following positions: bottom-right – top-left – top-right. Selgio won’t be able to resist your underwater sleuthing skills!
A Net Full of Joy
After finding Selgio for the third time, the real fun begins. You’ll need to tempt him back with his favorite food. Prepare a plate and place it in the water, then grab your trusty net that you use for catching small fish. This is your chance to show off your fishing skills!
Once Selgio takes the bait, swiftly scoop him up in your net. Victory! Now, it’s time to return this mischievous little buddy to Linchen and complete your quest. Good job, diver!
