How To Increase Healing Potion Capacity
You’re probably wondering how to increase your Potion Capacity in Diablo 4. Well, we have good news and bad news. The good news is: there’s only one way to do it. The bad news is: it requires you to level up your Renown.
To increase your Potion Capacity, you need to reach Level Two Renown in each of the five zones. With each level reached, you gain an extra potion charge. By the time you hit Level Two in all zones, you’ll have a glorious total of nine charges!

Activities that grant Renown
- Waypoints (20)
- Strongholds (100)
- Side Quests (20)
- Discovering Areas of the Map (5)
- Side Dungeons (30)

How To Increase Healing Potion Power
We all want our Healing Potions to be as powerful as possible, right? Luckily, there’s a way to upgrade their healing power in Diablo 4. So, put on your adventurer’s hat, because we’re about to embark on a quest.
First, you’ll need to talk to an Alchemist NPC. They’re the ones who hold the secrets to potion power-ups. You’ll receive a Priority Quest called Healing Potion Upgrading early on. Follow it to meet Veroka in Kyovashad. She’s the alchemical expert who will guide you through the upgrade process.
Keep in mind, you can only upgrade your Healing Potions once every ten levels (except at level 45). During the upgrade process, you’ll need to provide various Herbs to help with the process. These can range from the common Gallowvine to the rare Fiend Rose. Oh, and the cost in Gold will increase as you level up your potions.
Upgrading a Healing Potion does wonders for its initial healing and its heal over time. The amounts will match your gear and level, so you’ll always feel the impact of a potion upgrade on your health bar.
You’re now armed with the knowledge to survive the diabolical challenges that await you in Diablo 4. Go forth, mighty hero, and conquer the forces of Hell!
