In most series, the Gundams, especially the main one, are designed to be a jack-of-all-trades. And it makes sense, being the most advanced mobile suits in the universe. They need to be able to handle all sorts of situations without much support from others. Continuing from before, Exia’s compact body and limbs make it incredibly agile and flexible, perfectly suited for close-range combat. Instead of a standard backpack and skirt armor, Exia boasts an arsenal of melee weapons. On the other hand, Kyrios is the slimmest Gundam in the series, designed for lightweight high-mobility maneuvers.
Let’s move on to Dynames, the long-range specialist armed with an ultra long-range sniper rifle and giant shields for maximum protection. And last but not least, Gundam Virtue, with its massive body and limbs, carries an impressive array of missiles, cannons, and other heavy armaments. It may be bulky, but its immense firepower more than makes up for it.
As you can see, unlike the general-purpose Gundams from other series, the Gundams in Gundam 00 have distinct roles and specializations. They are highly effective at what they do, intervening in every kind of war or conflict.
