Little Nightmares 3: Making a Fun Feature Even Better
Little Nightmares 3: More Creepy Characters and Customization Options Await!

Fans of the Little Nightmares franchise, get ready to lose some sleep, because the third installment is on its way! Surprise! The announcement was made during Geoff Keighley’s Gamescom Opening Night Live and came complete with a reveal trailer that gave us a sneak peek into the creepy world of Little Nightmares 3. Set to release in 2024, this puzzle platformer introduces two new protagonists who are about to experience some hair-raising adventures. So buckle up and prepare for some nightmares… in a good way!
New Faces, New Nightmares
In the first Little Nightmares game, we met Six, a little girl who stole our hearts while navigating a nightmarish world. The second game, a prequel, introduced us to Mono, a boy who wears a paper bag over his face. Now, get ready to meet two brand new characters who are guaranteed to send shivers down your spine: Alone and Low. Their unique appearances have already captured the attention of players, and we can’t wait to see what terrifying secrets they hold.
Alone, who seems to be living up to her name, is confirmed to be a girl. With her unsettling black horse mask, adorned with two orange pigtails, and a silver wrench in hand, she’s definitely not someone you want to meet in a dark alley. Meanwhile, Low sports a plague doctor mask with a curved beak and raven-like features. But that’s not all – it appears that both characters will have multiple mask options, allowing for some seriously creepy customization.
More Customization, More Creepy Fun!
Customization has always been a hit in the Little Nightmares series, and fans have been clamoring for more options. In the previous games, players could collect masks and hats either by solving puzzles or purchasing them. However, the selection was quite limited, with some exclusives available only on specific consoles. Little Nightmares 3 has the perfect opportunity to take customization to the next level.
Imagine being able to dress Alone and Low in full-body outfits that match your own chilling style. Whether it’s coordinating outfits with a friend or a significant other, or just expressing your individuality, more customization options would be a fantastic addition to the game. While Six rocked her iconic yellow raincoat throughout the series, it would be exciting to see Alone and Low in a variety of spine-tingling ensembles. Let’s hope the developers hear our cries for more customization and bring it to the game!
