You’ll find the next card on the far east side of the room, perched on top of some stairs. But hold on! Getting up there won’t be a walk in the park. Follow the rail track on the map that leads from the stairs to one of the kitchen counters. Use the fans to reach the elevated space and grind your way to the card.

The last card is located at the northern part of Hero’s Hideaway, sitting on the middle step of a stepladder. Just like the second card, you’ll need to cleverly use the fans scattered around the floor to reach greater heights. Take a look at the table in the middle of the room to figure out which fans need to be turned off, and switch between Oatchi and the playable character to reach the stepladder.
With all three cards in your possession, the on-screen display will reveal the right code to open the safe. Make your way to the bunker, rally your Pikmin to turn the dials, and voila! The safe will be open, granting you access to what’s likely the final cave of the level.
