Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2023: Catch ’Em All and Choose Your Path!
Calling all trainers! Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime as Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2023 kicks off today! Niantic’s monster-catching mobile game is bringing a whole lot of excitement with this event. Prepare to catch a bunch of different Fossil Pokemon, including Omanyte, Kabuto, Anorith, Cranidos, and many more. And that’s not all – brace yourself for the first-ever appearance of Mega Tyranitar in Raids! Plus, get a chance to encounter two new shiny Pokemon: Tyrunt and Amaura.
But wait, there’s more! Completing various Research Tasks will earn you fantastic rewards, including an exclusive Timed Research called “Adventures Near and Far.” Just remember, these tasks and their rewards will disappear on August 2 at 8 pm local time, so you better get cracking!
Now, here comes the big decision – the moment when you choose your path. Once you complete the first step of the Adventures Near and Far research, you must select one of two paths: the Sightseeing Adventure or the Studious Adventure. Don’t worry, the rewards for both paths are the same, so it’s purely a matter of preference. Let’s take a closer look at each path so you can make an informed choice.
Sightseeing Adventure Path
Step 2: Explore and Collect
- Spin 5 PokeStops: Encounter a Geodude.
- Walk 1 KM: Get 1500 Stardust.
- Catch 10 Pokemon: Encounter an Amaura.
Step 3: Sightseeing Extravaganza
- Anticipating release date of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pas...
- Another Divinity game is definitely happening.
- One Piece: Koby’s Honesty Impact, Explained
- Use 5 Berries to Help Catch Pokemon: Encounter a Dwebble.
- Walk 2 km: Receive 2500 Stardust.
- Hatch an Egg: Encounter a Tyrunt.
Step 4: Rock ‘n’ Roll
- Catch 15 Rock types: Encounter an Amaura.
- Walk 3 km: Encounter an Alolan Geodude.
- Hatch an Egg: Encounter a Tyrunt.
Studious Adventure Path
Step 2: The Research Journey Begins
- Send 3 gifts to friends: Encounter a Geodude.
- Walk 1 km: Get 1500 Stardust.
- Catch 4 different species of Pokemon: Encounter an Amaura.
Step 3: Field Research Frenzy
- Transfer 7 Pokemon: Encounter a Dwebble.
- Walk 2 km: Receive 2500 Stardust.
- Complete 3 Field Research Tasks: Encounter a Tyrunt.
Step 4: Research Masters Unite
- Catch 7 different species: Encounter an Amaura.
- Walk 3 km: Encounter an Alolan Geodude.
- Complete 5 Field Research Tasks: Encounter a Tyrunt.
So, fellow trainers, the choice is yours! If you’re looking for a faster pace, go for the Sightseeing Path. But if you enjoy completing Field Research tasks, then the Studious Path is the one for you. Whichever path you choose, remember to have fun, catch ’em all, and make the most of this thrilling Adventure Week!
