Swagg’s Call of Duty Blueprint Plans Canceled!

Hey gamers, have you heard the latest news about popular streamer Swagg? It turns out that he was supposed to get his very own Call of Duty weapon blueprint, but unfortunately, those plans got scrapped! And why, you may ask? Well, it’s all because of a little controversy involving fellow streamer Nickmercs.

You see, earlier this year, Call of Duty streamers TimTheTatMan and Nickmercs had the privilege of having their own Operator skins in Warzone and Modern Warfare 2. But things took a turn when Nickmercs got in hot water over an anti-LGBTQ tweet. As a result, his skin was swiftly removed from the game, causing quite a stir.

In a recent YouTube video, Swagg revealed that he was actually set to receive a unique weapon blueprint, rather than an Operator skin featuring his likeness. The gaming gods even blessed us with a sneak peek of the blueprint before it all went down! But sadly, Activision decided to go in a “different direction” and canceled the whole thing. Ouch, that must have stung!

Swagg expressed his disappointment and admitted that he was truly “hurt” by the decision. And honestly, who wouldn’t be? It’s like having your own epic battle-axe ripped away from you right before facing the final boss. Devastating!

Now, the big question on everyone’s minds is whether Activision will reconsider this situation and their approach to collaborating with content creators. We reached out to them for a comment, so stay tuned for updates on that front.

But hey, let’s not dwell on the negative, my fellow gamers! There are plenty of exciting things to look forward to in the gaming world. So without further ado, let’s check out the hottest game releases coming up in July 2023!
