How Many Player Houses Are In Skyrim?

Watch out for those bugs, they can really bite!
Honeyside (Riften)

Location: Riften
Prerequisites: Complete “Skooma Trade” and help 5 NPCs in Riften
House Cost: 8,000 Gold
Upgrade Cost: 5,000 Gold
To purchase the lovely Honeyside in Riften, you’ll need to put a stop to an underground Skooma operation and lend a helping hand to five NPCs. Once you’ve completed the “Skooma Trade” quest and gained the trust of the commoners, Honeyside can be yours for 8,000 Gold. Upgrade it to your heart’s content for a mere 5,000 Gold.
Proudspire Manor (Solitude)

Location: Solitude
Prerequisites: Complete “The Man Who Cried Wolf” and “Elisif’s Tribute”
House Cost: 25,000 Gold
Upgrade Cost: 11,000 Gold
Oh, Solitude. The land of nobility and high prices. To secure Proudspire Manor, you must first complete the quests “The Man Who Cried Wolf” and “Elisif’s Tribute.” Once you’ve proved your worth, you can empty your coin purse of a staggering 25,000 Gold to call this three-story mansion your own. Severin Manor (Raven Rock)

Prerequisites: Complete “March of the Dead,” “The Final Descent,” and “Served Cold”
