How To Make An Alien in CAS
The absolute easiest way to create an alien in The Sims 4 is to start from scratch in Create-A-Sim (CAS). You’ll need the Get To Work expansion, as it introduced aliens to the game. Once abducted, your male Sim has a 25 percent chance of returning pregnant. Keep trying, and eventually, you’ll come back pregnant with an alien baby. The pregnancy experience is similar to a regular Sim pregnancy, complete with custom moodlets. When your Sim finally gives birth, their offspring will be a pure alien with all the alien powers and a human disguise.

If all else fails, you can always take a leap of faith and try to woohoo with a Sim. The game will make it clear if your partner happens to be an alien.
When having a baby with an alien, keep in mind that it might not be a true alien baby. Sim-alien hybrids are common outcomes, featuring funky skin tones, eyes, or even pointy ears. However, they won’t be able to disguise themselves as regular Sims. On the bright side, hybrid Sims do get to have real hair.
