As the Xbox Series X/S enters its third year, Microsoft’s platform is gradually amassing a respectable library. While Atlas Fallen may not be as massive as Diablo 4 or Starfield, this action RPG from Deck13 could be a delightful surprise. Known for the Soulslike game The Surge, Deck13 takes a departure from their previous projects, offering a more accessible and fast-paced experience.

If you’re looking for a first-person shooter with a magical twist, get ready for EA’s Immortals of Aveum. This single-player title features explosive and stylish combat, all centered around magic. And let’s not forget about the highly-anticipated sequel, Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon, from the masterminds at FromSoftware. Mecha fans, rejoice!

But that’s not all! September has more exciting games in store. Get ready for The Crew Motorfest, an open-world racer that will give you some serious Forza Horizon vibes. And for those who prefer kart racing, Disney Speedstorm will be free-to-play starting September 28. Plus, don’t miss Lies of P, an exceptional entry in the Soulslike subgenre that has already generated a lot of buzz.
