The Hidden Choice in Starfield Entangled: Save Everyone and Both Realities

Image

Ah, the Starfield Entangled mission. A choice that will test your moral compass and decision-making skills. Picture this: there are two parallel realities at Nishina base. In one reality, everyone is alive and well, except poor Rafael. In the other, it’s the opposite – Rafael is safe, but everyone else perished. Now, you might think you have to pick one reality to save and doom the other, but surprise, there’s a secret third option!

Let’s break it down, shall we?

Choose Your Path

Here are the three choices laid out for you:

  1. Save Rafael’s universe by collapsing Director Patel and the Nishina base’s universe.
  2. Save Director Patel and the Nishina base’s universe by collapsing Rafael’s universe.
  3. (Secret method/best choice) Save both universes by calibrating the probe correctly.

Now, if you’re feeling particularly sadistic or just a bit chaotic, go ahead and pick the first two options. It’s quite straightforward. Just jump into the reality you want to save, disengage the power interlocks, trigger the emergency shutdown control, and voila! Reality saved, while the other one is left to its own fate.

But before you make your final decision, let me introduce you to the hidden gem – the secret choice that allows you to save everyone.

The Heroic Calibration

To unlock this secret path, you’ll need to venture into the ‘main’ unruined reality. Look for Rafael’s lifeless body in the lower level left-hand corner. Poor guy. On his body, you’ll find a data slate called the Calibration Protocol.

Now, head to the lab, and this is where the magic happens. On the computer, you’ll find the degaussing option. Yes, degaussing. Fun word, isn’t it? Anyway, you’ll need to turn off and on the power interlock switches in both realities listed on the computer. Show those switches who’s boss!

Once you’ve degaussed all the switches in both realities, it’s time for the grand finale – the Frequency Calibration. Pick a frequency for each reality. I went with 40Hz for the ruined universe and 24Hz for the ‘main’ universe, but feel free to get creative!

Now, activate the Primary Calibration Control in both universes, and boom! You’ve merged both realities into a singular, harmonious existence.

Bask in the Rewards

Congratulations, hero! By saving both universes, you’ve earned yourself some sweet rewards:

  • 23,000 credits (cha-ching!)
  • Incendiary Advanced Experimental Spacesuit (for when you’re feeling extra spicy)
  • Reactive Advanced Experimental Helmet (style and protection)

But wait, there’s more! Our dear Rafael, now alive and well, will join your crew as an engineer. Talk about a happy ending. You can find him later in Viewport at New Atlantis on Jemison, pondering his existence in a universe that no longer threatens to collapse.

So, my fellow gamer, now that you know the secret to saving everyone and both realities, it’s time to dive back into Starfield and make the right choice. May your adventures be hilarious, your choices be heroic, and your gaming sessions be endlessly fun!
